Hi, I’m Lisa. I offer flexible, as-needed support for small business founders and operators, helping to shape direction, plan clearly, and get things done. Whether you’re building something new, evolving what already exists, or navigating change, I’m just as comfortable mapping strategy as I am rolling up my sleeves to help make it happen.

My background includes brand, strategy, operations, and behavioural insight, with experience across creative industries, retail, construction and government. That breadth gives me a practical understanding of how different businesses actually run, and how to support them when things are shifting. I work closely with clients to untangle what’s unclear, strengthen their foundations, and move forward with clarity and momentum.

My support can be one-off, short-term, or slightly longer — shaped by what’s needed most, when it’s needed most.

  • I clean up systems, simplify processes, and help teams work more smoothly — whether it's fixing what’s messy or designing from scratch.

  • I support team structure, onboarding, internal communication, and culture-building — so people understand their roles, responsibilities, and how to work well together.

  • I work alongside founders and leaders as a strategic sounding board, problem-solver, and trusted delivery partner — helping to prioritise what matters, manage moving parts, and keep projects on track, especially during times of growth, change, or complexity.

1:1 Sense-making Chats

$295 for 2 hours

This guided session is designed to help you unpack ideas, navigate challenges, and walk away with next steps. It’s part sense-making, part strategic planning — especially useful if you’re juggling a lot and need structured space to think clearly and decide with confidence.

As Needed ‘Action Days’

$995 per day

When you know what needs doing, and I have the skills to help, we spend a full day getting it done. You bring the priority, I bring structure, skill, and a full day of focused doing.  This is on-demand support ideal for one-off needs or short bursts of progress.

Embedded Partnership

$850 per day (minimum one month contract)

Ongoing support for when you're managing change, complexity, or growth, and want someone strategic and capable alongside you. This is not a one-off fix, it’s longer-term (one to three months), integrated support that adapts to your evolving needs. I work with you week to week bringing continuity, clarity, and capability as things shift.
